Graduation Information Update!

Hello Parents and Future Graduates of 2023!

A few updates as we approach the final stretch before Graduation on Saturday, June 17.

Upcoming Bottle Drive Grad Fundraiser: Bottle drop off Saturday, May 27 from 10am-2pm. Students, parents, neighbours, and all community members are invited to bring their bottles to the Fort High bus loop for donation to support Grad 2023.

Graduation Details:

Where: Millennium Place, Sherwood Park

When: Ceremony begins at 1:00pm, Grand March and Dance to follow at 7:30pm. The ceremony should take roughly 2 hours, so families will be able to leave around 3 pm for their own plans. We ask for graduates and their date (or special person) to be ready for the Grand March by 7:15

Final Grad List: Our final grad list will be published on May 17. Students on this final list will be able to purchase tickets the following week

Grad Tickets: Grad tickets will be available for purchase through the Parent Portal on Tuesday, May 23. Tickets are $50/person and grant admission into the ceremony and the dance. The price is the same, even if you only want to attend the ceremony. Every graduate can purchase up to 7 tickets. Graduates do not need to purchase a ticket for themselves because it is included in their grad fees. Once purchased, you or the graduate can pick up the tickets at the office during regular school hours. If families require more than 7 tickets, please email: shonah.griffith@eips.ca  to be put on a waiting list. If for some reason you cannot access the parent portal, you can come in to purchase your grad tickets in person on May 23. Seating is not assigned, so once the doors open on June 17 at 12:00, you can sit at any available seats that are not reserved.

Grad rehearsal: graduates will be participating in a rehearsal prior to June 17 during school hours with a date and time to be determined. Attendance is mandatory for all graduates. More information to come.
