Final Grad List: Our final grad list will be published on Friday, May 9.
Graduation Details:
Where: Millennium Place, Sherwood Park
When: Ceremony begins at 1:00pm, Grand March and Dance to follow at 7:30pm. The ceremony should take roughly 2-2.5 hours, so families will be able to leave around 3-3:30 pm for their own plans. We ask for graduates and their date (or special person) to be ready for the Grand March by 7:15.
Grad Tickets: Grad tickets will be available for purchase through the Parent Portal on Monday, May 12 at 8:00 am. Tickets are $50+ GST/person and grant admission into the ceremony and the dance. The price is the same, even if you only want to attend the ceremony. Every graduate can purchase up to 6 tickets. Graduates do not need to purchase a ticket for themselves because it is included in their grad fees. Once purchased, you or the graduate can pick up the tickets at the office during regular school hours. If families require more than 6 tickets, a link to a Google Form will also be sent to you May 12 to indicate if you would like extra tickets. Receiving extra tickets is not a guarantee, as the amount we have available depends on how many original tickets are purchased by families. In the Google Form, you will indicate how many extra tickets you are requesting, but please know you may not receive the amount requested in keeping tickets equitable and fair for all families. Communication will be made to those families who have requested extra tickets, once ticket sales have closed. Seating is not assigned, so once the doors open on May 31 at 12:00, you can sit at any available seats that are not reserved. Tickets sales will close May 20 at midnight.
