We are excited to be kicking off the 2025/2026 school year in a busy way! The Off Campus programs at Fort High are in full swing! Are you a student at Fort High and have a job? Does your child have a job off campus where they work while not at school? Why not earn credits towards graduation based on the hours completed at that worksite. The work experience program is an education program for high school students that allows them to gain practical hands-on experience in the real-world workplace while earning high school credits for their time and effort. If this sounds like something that is right for you/your child reach out to Jenna Small at jenna.small@eips.ca or have your student book an appointment during school hours using this QR code.
School fee information for the 2025-26 school year is now posted on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. All fees are due within 30 days of being posted. To access your fee information, simply log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and go to “Student Fees.” There you can view your fees and pay them online. If you’re unable to pay your school fees, you can apply to have certain fees waived. The application deadline is Dec. 15, 2025.
NOTE: Don’t forget to also log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal regularly throughout the year. Fees are often added to your child’s account to cover the cost of various school activities such as field trips, class projects, extracurricular activities fees and more.
For more information, visit the FHS Fee Page. Alternatively, contact Barb Cooke at Fort High at 780-998-3751.
To view your Diploma Exam marks, you must have an active MyPass account. If you do NOT have a MyPass account, please email rebecca.gustafson@eips.ca immediately with your student’s personal email address—do NOT use a school email address.

With the theme “Lift Up the Future,” Take Our Kids to Work Day 2025 recognizes the importance of expanding horizons and embracing diverse career paths. Take our Kids to Work Day provides students with an opportunity to be exposed to the world of work, an important aspect of career planning. Students will participate by job shadowing someone at work for the day, or participating in activities planned at the school. Families are responsible for connecting their student with a job shadow opportunity; often this is with a family member or family friend. Learn more
